March 13, 2020 As mentioned yesterday (March 12), we want to remain open to our families who need us most. We will do so as long as we can remain open safely for our Staff, and volunteers, and our families who are unable to keep their children home safely. March 12, 2020 The coronavirus (COVID-19) is creating a lot of attention globally. We are closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus situation. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) have been updating the country on the status, and what steps should be taken moving forward. There is nothing more important to us than the health and safety of our kids, staff, volunteers, and families. We will continue to consult with the Delaware County Health Department and the Indiana State Department of Health to follow their recommendations, as well as Muncie Community Schools. February 3, 2020 The George and Frances Ball Foundation awards The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie with a $110,000 grant to support the Clubs’ out of school time programming for kindergarten through 12th grade. The vision of the Clubs ensures that every Club member graduates from high school, ready for a post-secondary education, or a vocational career. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie announces the Great Futures Dinner on January 16, 2020. This event raised $56K from 287 attendees and 25 sponsors last year.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie raised over $26,000 to help support the quality programs we are able to offer to its members thanks to Just Desserts.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie is excited to announce Amy Gibson as the new Director of Grant Based Initiatives.
